Warehouse Worker
Trillium Staffing is now seeking Warehouse Workers in New Albany, OH!
The primary responsibility of the warehouse worker role is to keep inventory organized and ready to ship to customers as well as branch locations.
Schedule is 2nd shift, 2:00PM - 10:30PM (OT is rare). Pay rate is $18-20 (based on warehouse experience AND/OR experience with hi-lo/ pallet jack).
Duties:
-Provide general support, including pulling and staging orders
-Maintain bin locations
-Carry out tasks to ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization
-Assist with cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy
-Participate in safety training and meetings, adhering to policies and regulations
-Conduct forklift inspections and complete necessary reports; operate forklift as required
-Communicate regularly with management and all branch staff
-May assist with Receiving and Shipping duties, including:
-Verifying inventory against purchase orders for accuracy
-Recording inventory into the COMPANY RF system
-Staging and shelving products
-Sending picked orders to the packing department
-Packing goods in accordance with COMPANY procedures
-Loading trucks in a specified order

-Basic computer proficiency
-Must possess a positive and diligent work ethic
-Ability to set priorities, work independently, and require minimal supervision
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to stand on a concrete floor for extended periods
-Must be able to work in varying climate conditions (cold, heat, humidity) for extended periods
-Capability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and twist for lifting purposes
-Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred:
-Familiarity with RF scanners
-Experience operating hi-low forklifts and pallet jacks
