Service Manager

Trillium Construction is seeking a Service Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Appleton and Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The position is with a reputable company specializing in glass and door services. This company provides windshield repair and replacement for all types of vehicles, installs new and replaces existing residential glass, and offers a wide range of glass and door solutions for commercial properties.

Position Overview: The Service Manager will lead the Service Department, ensuring employee engagement and development through effective leadership and training. This role involves overseeing service coordinators, managing team performance, and driving business growth by securing new automatic entrance and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise service coordinators at multiple locations.
-Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct coaching sessions.
-Research and implement training programs for team skills improvement.
-Monitor departmental progress and report to the Director of Operations.
-Ensure adherence to company and industry regulations.
-Develop and evaluate departmental goals and strategies for increased productivity.
-Manage the departmental budget and forecasting.
-Collaborate with sales for new business opportunities and maintenance programs.
-Foster strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
-Oversee daily scheduling, timecards, and operational tasks.
-Travel to job sites for measurements or verifications when needed.
-Maintain safety standards and attend quarterly safety meetings.

Pay for this position is $80-$85k salary, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
-Knowledge of commercial aluminum, hollow metal service products, and automatic entrances.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Work Environment: Office/shop/warehouse setting.
