Trillium Staffing is seeking an Operational Leader for direct-hire in Kalkaska, MI!
The Site Operations Leader will manage the day to day operations of the facility, ensuring products meets safety, quality time and cost requirements. This role includes overseeing production supervisors and maintenance personnel to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
