Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is looking for a Class A CDL Driver (Sleeper Cab & Flatbed).

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be operating a Sleeper Cab with a 13-speed manual transmission while pulling a 48 ft Conestoga flatbed trailer. This role primarily involves shuttle routes and regional deliveries with minimal touch freight at stops. However, as the position evolves, it may also include additional warehouse duties and touch freight responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate a Sleeper Cab truck with a 13-speed manual transmission to transport goods.
-Shuttle Routes (Monday, Wednesday, and occasional Friday): Intercompany transfers to Camden, OH. Days may be shortened depending on business needs.
-Long Haul Routes (Tuesday and Thursday): Deliver to Louisville and Lexington, KY. Expect longer days with a minimum 30-minute break.
-Load and unload goods as required, including minimal touch freight at most stops.
-As the position evolves, may involve more warehouse duties and additional touch freight handling.

Qualifications:
-Class A CDL license.
-Proven experience operating a Sleeper Cab truck, including the use of a 13-speed manual transmission.
-Experience with flatbed trailers, preferably 48 ft Conestoga.
-Professional, customer-conscious attitude with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
-Strong math and measurement skills for handling products and warehouse tasks.
-Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
-Ability to adapt to an evolving role with potential changes to the schedule and duties.
