Trillium Staffing is looking for a CNC Programmer/Supervisor in Mount Olive, North Carolina!
Salary:

Are you ready to take the lead in an established manufacturing company? We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving precision manufacturing excellence. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch). Relocation assistance offered as well!! $75k–$80k (Direct Hire).

What You’ll Do
As our CNC Programmer/Supervisor, you will:
-Lead and oversee the CNC department, ensuring the production of high-quality precision parts.
-Develop and optimize CNC programs for lathes and milling machines.
-Train and mentor team members in setup, programming, and operation.
-Plan and schedule workflows to meet production goals.
-Troubleshoot and improve machining processes for maximum efficiency.
-Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For
-5+ years of experience in CNC setup, operation, and programming (preferably with Fusion 360 and SolidWorks).
-Expertise in CAM programming, mechanical systems, and GD&T.
-Hands-on experience with lathe and milling machine operations.
-Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
