Trillium has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative in Boston! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment!

If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for an Outside Sales Representative with a “Hunter Mentality”!

This role is responsible for developing new business in the South Shore territory, which includes Norfolk, Suffolk, Barnstable, Bristol, and Plymouth Counties.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Report to the Branch Manager on-site initially and then remotely
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- Travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting about 70% of the time

Compensation:
- $45-50,000 annual base salary + commission
- Commission averages $14,000 the first year with growth in following years
- Guaranteed commission negotiable for the first 6 months
- Quarterly bonus potential of $1,500+
- Total annual compensation averages $65-70,000 in the first year

Qualifications:
- Prior outside sales experience is required
- Industrial sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
