Industrial Painter

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an Industrial Painter to add to our client’s growing team in Fond du Lac, WI! 

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting surfaces of metal parts using mostly conventional and airless spray painting. Additional duties of the Industrial Painter will include parts prep, parts cleaning, sanding, buffing, mixing and matching paints to meet customer specs, quality checks and general upkeep of application equipment. 

This is a full-time, contract to hire industrial Painter opportunity with a well-established company in the area. Standard hours are Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm. Wages range based on experience level, $22-26+/hr.

Qualifications: 
- Industrial or automotive painting experience, required.
- Experience painting with conventional or airless, highly preferred. 
- Understanding of specific paint product capabilities as they relate to the painting processes.
- Ability to mix paints such as epoxy, urethane, and automotive products. 
- Ability to correct surface areas per customer requirements or metal imperfections preferred.
