Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a 6-month contract to oversee the construction of a multi-family project.

This role is local to Milwaukee. Pay is up to $50/hr + OT and benefits. 

The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, a commitment to safety, and effective communication skills to manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
-Project Oversight: Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring project is on schedule and within budget.
-Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations. Perform regular inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
-Safety Management: Promote a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
-Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all subcontractors, suppliers, and trades. Ensure work is completed in alignment with project milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in multi-family residential construction projects
-Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
-Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
