Maintenance Assistant

Trillium Construction is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a project in Coatesville, PA.

Assist the Maintenance Foreman with day-to-day routine building and equipment maintenance and repairs. Inspect machines for signs of malfunctions by performing visual inspections and checking for irregular noises. Troubleshoot problems by observing devices and machines in operation. Perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment. Perform emergency repairs on various types of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment. Identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•    Ability to interpret documents including but not limited to manuals, prints, schematics and diagrams.
•    Ability to use measuring devices including amp meters and electric meters.
•    Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instruction given.

Position is temp to hire. Pay rate is $23. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9a-5p. Apply now!

Qualifications: 
-Basic tools & wear PPE
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
-Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
-1-3 years’ experience in a maintenance-related position within a manufacturing setting.
-General computers skills (email and internet).
