Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent for a project in the North West Arkansas area.

This position supports  the project’s overall construction process, managing contracts, and working closely with the field supervisor to ensure we deliver the project on time, in budget, and in a safe manner.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with all LOCAL work. Salary up to $85k with excellent benefits package. 

Responsibilities
-Day-to-Day Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily activities of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to the project schedule and perform work according to specifications.
-Coordination: Assist in coordinating the efforts of various subcontractors to maintain an efficient workflow on the job site.
-Daily Reports: Enter detailed daily reports in Procore, documenting site activities, subcontractor performance, safety observations, and any issues that arise.
-Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Senior Superintendent and project management team to ensure alignment on project goals and progress

Qualifications
-1 to 5 years experience in commercial construction
-Previous experience on 25,000 sqft+ ground-up projects
-Previous experience on Multi Family construction projects
