Project Administrator

Trillium is now hiring in Millwood, WV!

Our client specializes in utility solar construction across North America and they are now hiring for a large project in Millwood, WV. This position is for a Project Administrator and this is a contracted position with an hourly rate of up to $30 plus overtime and benefits like M/V/D, PSL, Holiday Pay, 401k.

Duties: 
• Efficient at keeping field paperwork in a tidy manner
• Count and fill out forms to track material items delivered to the site; manage all Bill of Ladings, Equipment Manual, receiving reports, etc.
• Fill out documents on computer and paper reporting, especially Procore
• Monitor, report and document safety.  Maintain daily JHA’s from subcontractors, weekly safety meeting minutes, etc.
• Monitor, report and document quality control inspections
• Fill out daily report in the absence of the Asst. Site Supr.
*Assist the Site Staff in completing the Project Tracker Updates.

Qualifications:
-Willingness to work from a field construction trailer at an active construction site
-1-3 years field construction trailer / office experience
-Familiar with construction activity and safety guidelines
-Electrical experience a plus
-Carpentry experience a plus
-OSHA 10 training a plus
-First aid trained a plus
-Computer skills required and ProCore a plus
-Any skilled trades experience training a plus.
