Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Boiler Operator in Constantine, MI!

Schedule is 7am - 3pm. Hourly rate starts at $30.65 per hour.

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boilers and related equipment (pumps, fans, controls, burners). This role ensures boilers run safely, efficiently, and meet all production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operation: Safely operate and monitor boilers, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
-Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on boilers and pressure vessels to ensure safety and efficiency.
-Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and address equipment problems to minimize downtime.
-Safety: Prioritize safe operation and awareness of potential hazards.
-Efficiency: Operate boilers to optimize fuel use and reduce emissions.
-Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of operating parameters and maintenance history.
