Construction Estimator

Our client has a direct hire role available for a Project Estimator.

They specialize in Landscape design, construction, maintenance, and restoration of green spaces. Their clients are in the commercial sector, new construction, medical facilities, and municipalities. This is a great family friendly company with a good work life balance.   

Duties:  
-Prepare Bid packages 
-Keeping accurate records of the projects
-Follow bids through submittal process 

The annual salary is $95k/year. Full benefit package offered, pay is based upon experience.

Qualifications: 
-3+ years of landscape knowledge preferred
-Knowledge of construction techniques and industry best practices
-Expertise in Microsoft Office and Excel  
-3+ years of Estimating experience in Commercial Construction
