Maintenance Technician

Trillium Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Lapeer!

We’re looking for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in machinery and equipment maintenance. You’ll work independently but report to our Maintenance Manager (1st shift). Initial training may take place during the 1st shift.

Responsibilities:
-Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery.
-Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues.
-Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize tasks.
-Keep accurate maintenance records.
-Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Pay: $21-24+/hr, based on experience. Hours are 4:30 pm - 3:00 am.

Requirements:
-Strong mechanical skills.
-Previous maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturing.
-Willingness to undergo training and pass pre-employment screenings.
