Personal Assistant

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Remote Personal Assistant in Wilmington, NC to work directly with the owner of a large, nationwide industrial and commercial painting and coatings company.

This opportunity is full-time, long-term, and direct-hire!

Duties:
-Providing assistance to the owner so that they can fulfil their daily business or personal responsibilities
-Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls
-Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
-Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Interact with suppliers, vendors, and contractors

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $50,000 - $70,000
-HSA with company match up to $2,000
-401k with company match up to 4%

Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
-Proficiency in using MS Office programs
-Ability to work regular hours, but also on-call
-Ability to travel
