Trillium Construction is hiring for an Operations Manager in Englewood, CO to oversee and manage daily operations and business development for a nationwide industrial and commercial painting contractor.

This is a full-time, long-term, direct-hire position!

Duties:
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
-Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
-Provide oversight for the daily operations of the region, keeping project managers and superintendents on task to ensure profitability.
-Coordinates project activities with the project team as required.
-Establish and maintain business development relationships related to the regional office and those that may stretch to other regional locations.
-Review and assist in completing monthly reports as necessary.
-Evaluate and recommend critical path on active projects.
-Address customer concerns and formulate a plan of action with the assistance of leadership.
-Reporting to the GM/VP of the region
-Lead, Manage, and hold accountable all team members under your supervision.
-Communicate, and enforce policies set by leadership.

Compensation:
-Annual salary around $100,000
-HSA with company match up to $2,000
-401k with company match up to 4%

Qualifications:
-Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
-Proven sales track record
-Experience in customer support is a plus.
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Market knowledge
-Communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to build rapport.
-Time management and planning skills
-Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
-Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
-Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
