Production Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers in Niles!

This is 2nd shift working 1pm - 9:30pm. The pay rate is $18 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Gather and retrieve raw materials for production.
-Load materials into equipment and record lot numbers.
-Organize work area, perform housekeeping, and ensure safety.
-Assemble, verify, and sign off on production tasks.
-Operate high-speed equipment to achieve required results.
-Review paperwork and prepare containers for filling.
-Record production details, clean equipment, and submit paperwork.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma/GED.
-Basic math and communication skills.
-Attention to detail and willingness to shave for respirator use.
-Forklift experience preferred.
-Ability to read instructions and scales.
-Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
