Purchasing Assistant needed in Green Bay, WI!

We have a full-time opportunity for a Purchasing Assistant with experience in a fast-paced environment! The Purchasing Assistant will be performing data entry functions, tracking purchase orders, using excel spreadsheets, working with suppliers by phone and email, and communicating with customers on the status of their orders.  They will also be coordinating with shipping and receiving to verify timely and accurate inbound and outbound shipments.

The Purchasing Assistant is a permanent, contract to hire opening with a wage range of $20-$25/hour.  Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

-Associate’s Degree preferred but will consider equivalent experience. 
-Experience supporting purchasing functions.
-Good communication skills over the phone and through email.
-Great MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
-Highly dependable.
