Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to streamline and enhance our technical documentation processes and controls throughout the entire lifecycle.

This role will act as the central resource for our product and tech teams, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain and optimize our technical repository system, coordinate documentation efforts, and equip teams with critical product and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in authoring and managing technical documentation, proficiency in knowledge base systems, and a strategic approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate Technical Documentation: Manage, update, and organize technical documentation for easy access and usability across teams, including software engineering and delivery services, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and quality standards.
-Technical Repository Management: Oversee and continuously refine our technical repository system to serve as a well-organized, central resource for all product and technical information.
-Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in documentation and knowledge management processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility.
-Enable Technical & Professional Teams: Act as the primary resource for technical and product information, ensuring teams are consistently updated on product changes, releases, and best practices.
-Knowledge Base Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in knowledge base systems, implementing best practices and shaping the strategy for our technical information ecosystem.
-Technical Archive Management: Maintain a comprehensive archive of technical resources, ensuring information remains current and accessible for both technical and professional services teams.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication) or equivalent experience.
-Proven experience in technical documentation and knowledge base management, with a focus on organizing and maintaining technical resources.
-Strong understanding of technical repository systems and familiarity with knowledge base management best practices.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to convey complex technical information clearly across diverse teams.
-Demonstrated problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with content repository and knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Zendesk, or similar).
-Background in a technical environment with an understanding of product development lifecycles.
-Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
-Proven experience in authoring technical documentation for diverse audiences.
