Machine Operator needed in Green Bay, WI! Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for a 2nd shift machine operator to add to our client’s growing team! Willing to train!

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining our clients label rewinding equipment. Typical duties for this position include routine quality checks, completing routine paperwork, matching finished product to spec sheets, and performing preventative maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established and growing manufacturing company in the Green Bay area. The standard 2nd shift hours are Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm. The starting wage ranges from $19-21/hr.

Qualifications:
*1-2+ years of machine operating experience, strongly preferred.
* 1+ year of machine operating experience in a converting or printing industry, preferred.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and setup equipment, preferred.
* Ability to clearly follow instruction and complete job order paperwork.
* Experience conducting quality checks, preferred.
