Technical Program Manager
Trillium Professional has a long-term opportunity in Ann Arbor, MI for Technical Program Manager.
As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll:
-Partner with the engineering and product owners to structure work and manage risk in technical programs across the Arene NA Solution Engineering group.
-Co-create documented plans for Arene NA customer engagements at the weekly, sprint, quarter, half-year, and multi-year timescales using scrum methodologies.
-Promote daily high velocity execution of plans by task tracking in Jira and dependency management with other teams along with system engineers, perform risk assessment, and produce mitigation plans.
-Integrate roadmaps across functional, geographical, and cultural boundaries—and across multiple company relationships.
-Lead iterative delivery of projects from concept to ship through focus, transparency, communication, visibility, and accountability.
-Identify and proactively resolve systemic issues affecting engineering.
-Manage Arene NA Solution Engineering team execution and delivery across multiple time zones (North America and Japan).

Requirements
-Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
-5+ years experience with technical program management in one of the following fields:
-Mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or software engineering
-Experience of software product engineering, testing, deployment, and integration
-High-level understanding of programming languages and coding, such as Python or C++
-Experience operating across multiple teams, across time zones, and projects with only high-level direction
-Experience in Agile software development and V-model system development life cycle
-Influence, negotiate, and inspire others in a matrix environment
-Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in functional safety and automotive practices
-Knowledge of legacy and the latest automotive systems, including domain-based and zonal E/E architectures
-Project Management Certifications
-Experience of the full life-cycle of product development
