Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Estimator for direct-hire in Tyler, TX!

Our client is an established commercial General Contractor focusing on new builds and remodels nationally.

Projects include senior housing, healthcare facilities, churches, office buildings, schools and multi-family.  They are currently looking to add an Estimator to their team.   

Duties: 
-Will work with multiple subcontractor for bids
-Work with clients, partners, and team members to coordinate project goals.
-Prepare bids for commercial projects
-May work multiple bids per week

Relocation assistance will be offered. Our client offers a great office environment that believes in a work life balance. This is a direct hire role. Annual salary is $100k/year.

Qualifications: 
-3-5+ years of commercial Estimator with a GC
-Proficient with ProCore or similar software
-Ability to produce 10-15 bids a month
-MUST have experience estimating projects from $100K-$28MM
-MUST have experience estimating ground-up projects
-Understanding of all trade estimates
-Full knowledge of multiple trades
