Painting Estimator

Trillium Construction has several openings for Commercial Painting Estimators in the Raleigh, NC area!

You will be putting together estimates and bids for small and large-scale commercial and retail painting projects throughout the country! This opportunity is direct-hire, and full-time, with bonuses, benefits, and other perks! Annual salary starts at $70,000/year and increases with experience.

Duties:
-Utilize fundamental computer applications and estimating software programs like On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to craft professional written bids for projects varying in size and complexity.
-Conduct scope analysis verification, pre-bid walkthroughs, and on-site evaluations subsequent to project award.
-Develop precise estimated proposals incorporating comprehensive work scopes along with relevant clarifications or exclusions pertinent to the bid submission.
-Generate detailed take-offs and estimates for the Division.
-Collaborate with Project Managers during handoff meetings to furnish information and insights for setting up project cost sheets, production schedules, material take-offs, and schedule of values.
-Lead, manage, exhibit, and hold accountable to the Core Values of Dedicated, Integrity, Pursuit of Excellence, and Team Player.

Compensation:
-Annual salary starting at $70k, and increasing with experience

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of construction estimating experience.
-Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal.
-Strong organizational and analytical skills.
-Ability to collaborate effectively and function as a team player.
