Production Worker
Trillium Staffing is seeking candidates for a Kilobar/Production Worker position in Standish, Michigan.
This is a first shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm, temp-to-hire position with a starting pay of $15/hour but could go up with experience. The ideal candidate would need to be able to assist in planning and with operating and maintenance, while working safety and efficiently. The job will include working with presses, being knowledgeable in the sintering process, and have preventative maintenance experience.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic understanding of production planning and operations
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must be able to use calipers and other measurement instruments
- Must possess the ability to be a self-starter
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
- Safe work history
- Preventive maintenance experience recommended
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to complete production reports
