Shop Assistant

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an industrial candidate with a solid employment history to add to our client’s team as a Shop Assistant.

As a Shop Assistant, you will be bundling products together, operating an overhead crane and loading outbound trucks. Other responsibilities may include operating a forklift and other mobile equipment as well as assisting other operators as needed. Starting wage is $18-$22/hr. This is a contract to hire Shop Assistant role with first shift hours! The schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday – Friday.

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-At least one year of manufacturing experience.
-Proficient at reading a micrometers and tape measure.
-Experience operating a forklift preferred.
-Metal fabrication knowledge a big plus.
-Able to pass pre-employment testing.
