Now Hiring a Director of Construction for statewide Pool Contractor! 

This is a director hire opportunity with excellent salary and full benefits for a growing company. Pay is up to $175k Salary + full benefits. As the Director of Construction, you will lead our construction operations ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality swimming pool and paver projects while upholding safety standards and client satisfaction

Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership to the construction department, overseeing Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.

Project Oversight and Coordination: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple construction projects from start to completion.

Client Relations and Communication: Coordinate with Customer Experience Manager to ensure client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraint
