Industrial Sales Manager
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in St. Louis, MO!
Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment! If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality”!
This role is responsible for developing new business in the Southeastern quarter of Missouri and the Southern portion of Illinois. This includes the Southern half of the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Branch Manager (remotely)
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting
Compensation:
- $55-60,000 annual base salary + commission
- Commission averages $30,000 the first year
- Guaranteed commission of $1,250 for the first 6 months
- Quarterly bonus potential plus additional bonuses for each new customer (first year sales managers average around $14,000 annually in bonuses)
- Total annual compensation averages around $100,000+ the first year

Qualifications:
- Industrial capital equipment sales experience
- Experience with prospecting and building new business
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
