Drywall Superintendent
Trillium Construction is hiring for a Drywall Superintendent to oversee the installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling tiles at commercial construction sites throughout the midwestern states.
This opportunity is direct-hire, full-time, and long-term with a starting salary of $85,000, increasing with experience!
Duties:
-Plan and coordinate all drywall projects from start to finish
-Supervise and guide subcontractors, laborers, and other workers to maintain quality standards and safety regulations
-Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are properly coordinated and organized
-Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
-Maintain open communication with the Project Manager, customers, and all other stakeholders to ensure the project is running smoothly
-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior drywallers, including training and monitoring their progress
-Keep track of job costs and provide detailed reports to the Project Manager
-Ensure all drywall projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of experience as a Drywall Superintendent
-Bilingual – English and Spanish, preferred
-Knowledge of commercial drywall, metal stud framing, sheet rock, and acoustical ceiling
-Ability to travel out of town to job sites
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
