Marketing Specialist

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Marketing Specialist in Crown Point, IN!

Our client is a nationwide drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceiling contractor. They are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns through print, digital, and social media platforms. This is a full-time, direct hire position, paying between $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus benefits!

Duties:
-Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services
-Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audience and market trends
-Create and manage social media content and advertising campaigns
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives
-Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
-Write, edit, and proofread marketing content, including emails, blog posts, and advertisements
-Organize and attend events, such as trade shows or product launches, to represent the company and network with potential customers
-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to optimize marketing strategies 
-Manage relationships with external partners or vendors, such as advertising agencies or printers, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field
-Previous experience in marketing – digital, print, and social media
-Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
-Must be well-organized and detail oriented
-Exceptional communication and writing skills
