Project Manager - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking a traveling Project Manager for a direct-hire placement! 

Our Client is a National GC leading in the manufacturing, industrial, and power & energy sectors, and is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team.

Pay is up to $140k, per diem, vehicle allowance, and a generous benefits package. MUST be willing to travel/be on-site during project duration.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects ranging up to $50 million, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. Partnering with superintendents, you will manage all aspects of the project to ensure seamless operations and successful outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:
-Lead all projects and be professional, courteous, respectful and helpful to everyone at all times
-Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete project
-Supervise the total construction effort to ensure each project is constructed in accordance with safety, quality, design, budget, and schedule
-Create and manage the project schedule
-Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, and income/expenses, etc.)
-Responsible for efficient and complete closeout of the project, including financial

Required Skills
-Candidates must be self-motivated, have strong leadership skills, and be interested in developing new accounts
-Candidates must have the ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibility
-Experience in the automotive sector is preferred
-Excellent with problem solving and planning

Required Experience
-A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering related field or Construction Management required
-7+ years of experience in heavy Industrial project management
