Construction Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Traveling Commercial Superintendent specializing in restaurant construction for a short-term project in Woodbridge, Virginia.

This role involves overseeing on-site operations to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Duration: September 30th - October 27th. Pay Rate: $40-$42 per hour depending on experience, minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential weekend work. Per Diem: $45 per day plus hotel accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
-Oversee quality control to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and standards.
-Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
-Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
-Ensure a safe and clean job site, adhering to company safety protocols.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically in restaurant projects.
-Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors.
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
