Truck Sales Administrator
Trillium is Now Hiring a Truck Sales Administrator in West Jefferson!
This is a first shift position working Monday to Friday starting at 8:00am. The starting pay range will be $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Duties include:
-Accurately prepare and process sale invoices, titles/certificate of origin, and motor vehicle forms to submit to the Department of Motor Vehicles
-Verifies funds have been received from buyers/financiers and when required, prepare requests for payoffs to the appropriate lienholders and ensuring they are processed
-Process and obtain dealer titles for all resale units
-Prepare, track, and maintain inventory files for all incoming and outgoing sale units per company, federal, and state policy
-Process all warranty and service contracts for sold units
-Maintain, track and renew all dealer registration plates and DOT contracts as required by the state department of motor vehicles

Experience:
-Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
-1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
