Assistant Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking an Assistant Project Manager for direct-hire in Jacksonville!

Our client, a well-established self-performing GC specializing in commercial and federal construction for both public and private clients- primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) markets is now hiring a Construction Assistant Project Manager for a 2–5-year contract on Guantanamo Bay.

*MUST be able and willing to travel/work overseas!!**

Direct Hire: Base Salary up to $105K (determined by overall project experience).
Full benefits: M/V/D, 401K, Holiday pay
Housing provided- No additional diem is provided for meals
Company Vehicle w/gas card provided
TAXES: Tax exempt federally stationed in Cuba for 330 FULL days.
On the base: Will have access to restaurants, sports complex, entertainment, golf, kayaking, hiking trails, grocery stores… it’s like a small town.
Travel home: One 2-week paid vacation PER QUARTER back to home

Duties:
-Assist with the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of all mechanical construction activities.
-Assist with maintaining budgets, create schedules and assist with developing scopes of work
-Assist with safety and quality of work

Qualification:
-5-10+ years of commercial Project Management experience as an assistant, Project coordinator or Project Engineer.
-DoD is a high preference.
-Able to manage multiple trades (electrical and mechanical).
-Scopes of work include: electrical, site work, demo and utility work.
-Project include: Crane Rails, hotels, hospitals, retail, restaurants and other commercial and industrial projects.
-MUST have a valid passport and pass federal pre-employment screenings.
