Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Project Manager for direct hire!

Our client, a well-established self-performing GC specializing in commercial and federal construction for both public and private clients- primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) markets is now hiring a Construction Project Manager for a 2–5-year contract on Guantanamo Bay.

MUST be able and willing to travel/work overseas! The base salary is up to $150K (determined on overall project experience).

Full benefits:

-TAXES: Tax exempt federally stationed in Cuba for 330 FULL days.

-Travel home: One 2-week paid vacation PER QUARTER back to home

Scopes of work include: electrical, site work, demo and utility work.
Project include: Crane Rails, hotels, hospitals, retail, restaurants and other commercial and industrial projects.

Duties:
-Responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of all construction activities.
-Maintain budgets, create schedules and assist with developing scopes of work.
-Responsible for safety and quality of work.

Qualification:
-5-10+ years of commercial Project Management experience.
-DoD is a high preference.
-Able to manage multiple trades (electrical and mechanical).
-MUST have a valid passport and pass federal pre-employment screenings.
