Branch Sales Manager
Trillium has an immediate opening for Branch Manager in Houston, TX! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment!
This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a sales leader to oversee a fast-growing branches in Houston. If you have experience in sales management or industrial sales, we want to hear from you today!
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all branch sales, service, and administration
• Develop plans for future branch growth
• Have responsibility for branch profit and loss
• Work out of the local office in Houston as the home base, plus travel to local customer sites as needed. Meetings at the company headquarters in Virginia about 1-2x per year.
Compensation:
• $65,000 base salary + commission
• Commission averages $60,000+ the first year
• Opportunity for additional bonuses as well
• Total annual compensation (base, commission, and bonus) expected between $140-150,000

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Previous industrial/manufacturing sales experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• SAP experience is a plus
• Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
