Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Executive in White Plains, NY!

Base Salary up to $175k/year plus benefits!

Our client is a construction management and GC firm, specializing in both the redevelopment of existing properties and new property construction. Projects include Multi Family residential and commercial buildings, retail storefronts, and major public works projects throughout the Tri-State area.

They are currently seeking a Project Executive to join their growing team. The Project Executive will oversee public works projects, ensuring successful completion on time and budget.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
-Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
-Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution
-Manage project schedules 
-Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project delivery
-Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and construction teams

Qualifications:
-10+ years of Project Management experience in the public works sector 
-Proficiency in construction management software
-Ability to travel as needed to project site(s)
