Construction Superintendent

Now hiring a Construction Superintendent for a company out of NY State with all local work. 

They have a year long + local project in Highmount (Belleayre Mountain area). Hourly pay is $50/hr + OT and benefits.

Job Duties:
• Responsible for all job site safety and OSHA compliant
• Reviews and redlines plans
• All daily reports, logs, RFI’s and change orders and reviews contracts
• Schedules and coordinates all subcontractors
• Creates look ahead schedules
• Reviews shop drawings
• Fills out weekly time and expense sheet
• Reviews all addendums, and construction bulletins and makes sure that the jobsite has a current set of drawings and specifications.
