Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Jacksonville, FL!

Our client is located in northeastern Florida and they specialize in high end tenant improvement for commercial projects ranging from retail, warehouse, doctors offices, etc. They are now looking to hire a Superintendent as they are in growth mode. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $80k plus project based bonused and other benefits like M/V/D, PTO, Holiday Pay, and a 401k plan. 

Duties: 
-Manage and supervise all on-site activities 
-Oversee construction projects from beginning to end 
-Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality control 
-Implement and maintain project schedules 
-Review schematics and contract specifications 
-Perform site inspections

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years in commercial construction 
-Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety standards 
-Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications 
-Excellent communication and leadership skills 
-Ability to run multiple projects at a time
