Field Service Technician

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician in the Chicago area!

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for traveling locally within a 60-mile radius (with a provided company vehicle!) to assist with maintenance and repair of commercial coffee equipment. This will include espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment. The technician with be installing new equipment, maintaining previously installed equipment, and providing customer service at each location.

Schedule is Monday – Friday / 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. There is a weekly rotating on call schedule shared between all technicians.

Salary range is $21-22/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience servicing soda machines, freezers, automobiles, HVAC, bikes, or similar
- Troubleshooting skills and mechanically inclined
- Interest in coffee and coffee products is a big plus!
- Valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive and maintain a company vehicle
