Vice President of Operations

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Vice President of Operations for direct-hire in Lutz!

Our client is an entrepreneurial based company. With the growth that they are having they are looking for a likeminded Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit as this company is growing rapidly. They specialize in Low Voltage, Security Cameras, Internet, Monitoring and Telecom.  They are looking for someone who is interested in not only building their career but helping the company have continued growth. 

Duties: 
-Key decision maker who will ensure the da-to-day activities align with strategic goals
-Lead teams by setting performance expectations and promote professional development
-Implement budgets and company growth
-Formulate policies and procedures

Qualifications: 
-8+ Years Experience as a VP of Operations or director of construction
-Previous experience with low voltage, Electrical or Commercial Construction
-Ability to interact with multiple C- level business partners
-Visionary leadership skills
