Construction Estimator

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Jacksonville, FL. 

Our client is a general contractor specializing in ground up, multi family construction across the Southeast region. They are now looking to bring on an Estimator to join their team and work out of their office that is based in Jacksonville. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $100k plus benefits like M/V/D, PTO, PSL, and 401k plan. This is a ready to hire position!

Duties:
-Oversee complete and accurate material take-offs are performed for all items of work
-Create all scope sheets for potential bidders and create scopes of work for bid tabulation sheets
-Develop conceptual estimates and manage estimate schedules and resources and maintain cost histories and pricing data
-Draft RFIs during the bidding process and ensure adequate responses are received
-Compose detailed scope of work for budgets/estimate
-Maintain the construction documents, such as, trade associate files and plan rack

Qualifications:
-1-4 years experience in estimating, preferably for multi-family projects
-Experience using estimating software like on-screen takeoff
-Bi-lingual is a huge plus
-Must be familiar with both conceptual, detailed, and self-performing estimating
