Join Our Growing Team as a Finish Machine Operator!
Are you ready to be part of a thriving manufacturing company in the Attica area? We’re seeking a skilled Finish Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.
Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7 AM
What You’ll Do:
-As a Finish Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring our castings meet the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
-Precision Machining: Set up, operate, and shut down specialized machine tools to create parts with extremely close tolerances (.0005).
-Quality Assurance: Use precision measuring instruments to verify that machined castings meet customer specifications.
-Tooling and Setup: Adjust and change machine settings and tooling as needed for each job.
-Program Interpretation: Read and interpret EIA machining program codes, understanding the machine’s functions relative to the code.
-Continuous Monitoring: Keep a close eye on the machining process, making adjustments to ensure top-quality output.
-Collaboration: Work with team members to understand casting details and resolve any machining issues.
-Safety First: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, using appropriate safety devices and personal protective equipment.

What We Need from You:
-Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of relevant CNC equipment experience in precision machining.
-Trade school education in a relevant field may be considered equivalent.
-Specialized Skills: Experience with 5-axis machines and/or Mazak equipment is highly preferred.
-Licenses: Must obtain and maintain a Fork truck license. A valid driver’s license is also required.
