Now hiring a Construction Estimator for a company that works in Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

We have over 50 years of combined experience completing mold remediation, home restorations, structural repairs and basement waterproofing services

Pay is from $80k - up to $150k with commissions and benefits. You will be working directly along side the owner and a small team of qualified estimators. CSL is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.
-Evaluate offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
-Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
-Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.
-Develops bids for construction projects.

-Hands on experience is preferred
-10 years of residential or commercial construction
-CSL is not required.
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to measure, diagram and create a scope of work per the customer’s needs or requests.
-Some background in Microsoft Office application
-Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
