Service Manager need in Richfield, WI!  Direct Hire! 

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our client’s growing Service Team in Richfield, WI! 

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all service functions within the branch, leading the team of service techs and service coordinators, and providing excellent customer service for all customer inquiries. Typical duties for the Service Manager include providing technical support to service techs and customers, investigating and resolving any customer issues, creating quotes for customer service repairs, preventative maintenance plans, parts and installs, customer follow ups as needed, providing training to in-house techs, and working with outside vendors regularly. The Service Manager will also be responsible for setting the preventative maintenance schedules and assigning technicians to specific jobs.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established organization in Richfield, WI! The standard working hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm with flexibility. The starting salary ranges based on experience level, $75-90k+.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Associate degree in Electro/Mech, Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred.
* 2-3+ years of Manager or Supervisory experience within a technical or service industry, strongly preferred.
* Industrial Pump, Compressor or Vacuum experience a huge plus, not required
* Strong mechanical aptitude a must.
* Ability to read schematics and blueprints, preferred.
* Industrial Maintenance background a plus. 
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results, required.
