Industrial Maintenance Technician needed in Chilton, WI! Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to add to our client’s growing team! 

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general maintenance and routine preventative maintenance on all shop machinery, troubleshooting and repairing electrical or mechanical equipment issues, adjusting and installing equipment on machinery, assisting operators and production staff with maintenance requests, machine testing, and hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturer in the Chilton, WI area. Our client has openings on both 2nd and 3rd shift. The standard 2nd shift hours are Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm and 3rd shift hours are Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am.  The starting wage is based on experience level, $25-35+ per hour. Our client also offers a $1.50 shift premium and a stellar sign-on bonus!

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of industrial maintenance mechanic experience.
* Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience, strongly desired. Open to new E/M grads!
* Knowledge and experience repairing hydraulic and pneumatics, required.
* Robotics and/or PLC troubleshooting experience, preferred.
* High speed production and/or conveyor maintenance experience a big plus.
* Allen Bradley controls experience a plus.
* Basic welding/fab skills a plus.
