Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Orlando, FL!

Our client specializes in pre-engineered metal building erection. They are based in Orlando, FL and they are now looking to bring on a Project Manager to help run their projects un the Orlando market. This is a remote position, but the candidate will also have to visit job sites about twice a week. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary ranging from $50k - $70k plus bonuses (all in about $5k - $10k in bonuses.) Benefits are included like M/V/D, PTO, 401k, company vehicle and gas card. 

Duties:
-Provide leadership, guidance and assistance with project and client development demands 
-Consult with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates and closeout procedures 
-Analyze blueprints and documentation to estimate time 
-Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project 
-Complete RFI’s, look ahead reports, change orders, etc.

Qualifications:
-Ability to effectively manage 20 projects at one time depending on size and complexity 
-Must be bi-lingual 
-Must have metal building experience 
-Must be tech savvy and ability to utilize excel, Procore, all MS Office Suites 
-Ability to visit job sites twice a week
