Parts Manager needed in Oshkosh, WI!

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a Parts Manager to add to our client’s team on a permanent, direct hire basis!  This person will be managing all employees in the parts department.  The Parts Manager will also oversee managing vendors, along with managing parts inventory for the shop.  

Hours for this direct hire Parts Manager role are Monday-Friday 6:30 am – 3:30 pm with occasional Saturday mornings.  Salary is based on experience, 60K-75K.  Our client offers an excellent benefits package including full health insurance, 401K match, vacation, PTO, provided uniforms, flexible hours, tuition reimbursement programs and more!

-Associates Degree preferred but will consider adequate experience. 
-3+ years background in a parts department managerial position.
-Heavy duty equipment parts experience. 
-Mechanically inclined with understanding of maintenance procedures. 
-Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. 
-Excellent communication skills.
