Trillium Staffing is Hiring a Converting Supervisor in Constantine, MI!

Direct Hire, $70K-$80K, 2nd Shift. Lead a team of 6+ to ensure smooth operations, quality, safety, and efficiency. Address emergencies, enforce policies, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure safety and compliance.
-Execute daily schedules and oversee machine operations.
-Collaborate with operators and manage production data.
-Handle employee schedules, training, and motivation.
-Document issues and coordinate repairs.
-Maintain records, cleanliness, and safety.
-Attend meetings, participate in committees, and cover shifts.

Work Environment:
-Exposure to heat, humidity, fumes, and chemicals.
-Use of protective equipment.
-Interaction with mechanical parts and machinery.
-Reports to Converting Superintendent and Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
-Professional approach with strong ethics.
-Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years relevant experience.
-Knowledge of paper converting technologies.
-Analytical skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
-Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
-Lift/move up to 75 pounds.
