Mill Supervisor

Trillium Staffing is looking for a Mill Supervisor in Constantine, MI for a direct-hire position!

Salary $70-$95,000 per year. Join our team as a Production Supervisor, leading a team of 6+ shift personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Focus on maintaining line efficiency, product quality, and safety standards. Swing shifts: 3rd shift – 7 on, 2 off; 2nd shift – 7 on, 1 off; 1st shift – 7 on, 4 off.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and support shift personnel.
-Ensure safe and cost-effective production of high-quality products.
-Uphold company policies and compliance.
-Provide technical support to the team.

Duties:
-Ensure employee safety and compliance.
-Meet production goals through effective scheduling.
-Operate and troubleshoot machines.
-Manage production inventory accuracy.
-Train and coach shift employees.
-Maintain documentation and collaborate with HR and maintenance.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
