Trillium Staffing has a Maintenance Manager position available in the Franklin Park, Illinois area.

Join our client, a leading plastics manufacturer, in a direct hire opportunity based at their facility. With operations running 24/7, this role offers a competitive salary of $100k with day shift hours. As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing unscheduled downtime, and supporting production operations.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the maintenance department, overseeing preventive maintenance initiatives.
-Cultivate relationships with equipment vendors and forecast equipment needs for seamless parts supply.
-Report directly to the Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing.
-Manage the maintenance team, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
-Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
-Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company policies and procedures.
-Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet production requirements.
-Generate reports and monitor production equipment performance.
-Uphold safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing a safe work environment.
-Facilitate employee selection and training processes.
-Foster a positive and proactive labor environment, addressing employee issues effectively.

Qualifications:
-Blowing molding experience
-Previous experience in a similar role.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
